Currently, Algiz Security is a one-man operation. The goal is to expand to have additional trainers and courses offered. The is the possibility of eventually providing direct security services for clientele, but we will cross the bridge to that dream when we come to it.
The state of the world dictates several businesses and even some individuals utilize security services. Those providing the services should be trained to a high standard in order to successfully navigate the situations they face. At the end of the day, the community's being served should have a positive experience with the security professionals.
Algiz is a norse rune meaning protection. The name is also derived from the Germanic word for "Elk". It signifies inner strength, guardianship, and resilience to overcome challenges. These are things that I believe should be at the core of what drives a security professional. There could absolutely be other driving components. These just seem to be ones that are universal for those in the field.
